Im curious.......if anyone who has the Alien maquette and has the IKEA Besta shelving......does the maquette fit inside??

I know the shelves can hold some pretty big pieces, but wasnt sure if the Alien Maquette would fit.

Anyone care to try? Post some pics?

You can adjust the shelving yourself, so anything will fit ...


Depthwise they do fit.
I have them in top, they fit perfectly ...

Definitely!.....its a fake waitlist. I've been doing a test over a months period by jumping on the wait list. So far its converted about 20 times usually 24 hours after you jump on the WL. It will convert.....dont worry SS will have plenty of these to go around.

I just got mine and he's on top of my Besta. Will fit inside no problem.

From SideShow, postage was only US$25. With the current exchange rate it turned out to be AU$905 all up, which I think was pretty reasonable. I'm happy anyway.

Unless you use blackout curtains, you're seriously running the risk of fading your pieces.

As long as they're not in a direct line of sight to the sun they should be ok. I've got stuff in my living room near south facing windows but up high where the sun doesn't shine directly on them and I've never had fading issues. very nice by the way, my flex waitlist converted about a month ago so by the end of june I should have my warrior to join the rest of my alien collection.
