Has Sideshow been slowly scaling up their ⅙ figures? So the older stormtroopers now look too short but newer figures will scale nicely to him?

Hot Toys Man of Steel is also taller than needed. In 2 years, 1/6 scale will be 1/4 scale. And Hot Toys Luke becomes redundant because he'll be shorter than Sideshow Luke?
Then the standard TT narrow and slim will no longer be the standard?
How are other recent Sideshow releases for height? Is Cobra Commander just meant to be taller, in spite of Sideshow listing him as a regular 12"?

Lord Vader arrived yesterday... just now had a chance to have a look and... 1 word... WOW!
This figure deserves every bit of praise it's getting and then some...the pictures in here have been great... but when you have it right in front of you...I'm just amazed!
From the impressive packaging (more like this please Sideshow!) to the figure itself...everything is top-notch here.
Anyone on the fence about this one...get off it now!
Wow, great to see praise like this. The wait until my final flex charges on February 5th just got longer. My, my, my! After setting up my Vader, I have to say Sideshow killed this one! Hot Toys could not have done it better.
I'd like to see your best then, cause I think this looks pretty damn nice.
I wonder where they got the idea for that hood style on Cobra Commander. I looks so familiar, but I just can't put my finger on it.
