I want Connery back as a grumpy pensioner villain who turns out to be commander bond senior. There will be nazis and motorcycle chases...

It would have been really something cool if Connery instead of Finney played the estate keeper

There was rumours that would happen around die another day. Old connery shows up and tells him that James Bond is just a code name passed on. Would have been the cherry on top of a giant turd of a movie:rotfl

Please no Connerey in the next Bond flick. Unless he is completely camping it up with two ladies under his arms and one down his trousers and he goes 'I moustache u a question but I'm shaving it for later Danny boy you poof, mincing about with your shaved chest' then he judo chops Craig and disappears.

You're welcome MGM.

In that new documentary for the 50th year Brosnan starts laughing and taking the pissing out of the kite surfing in die another day lool

OMG so bad, like the producers ask 'What are the kids in to these days? Do some research!'. Researching is done. "OK what did u find?' "the kids are into.......street luge/kite surfing/harry potter/extreme pube-waxing!' 'OK write some X into the script!'

Haha yeah I felt sorry for old Pierce, he knew it was a POS but had to grin and bear it. Then they were like **** you, you're too old now KTHANXBYE. There's not a whole lot of love for the producers from any of the ex bonds tbh.

Special Effects Supervisor Chris Corbould (The Dark Knight Rises, Skyfall) wants to see Nolan do a Bond film.

"Chris is a great fan of Bond films," said Corbould, whose first Bond movie was A View to a Kill. "We spend a lot of time analysing them, him interrogating me on why things were done in certain Bond films. I've done 13 Bonds, so I've got quite a history with them.

"I think he likes the way they're made, some better than others. The end part of the third act in Inception was his little homage to Bond."

Corbould continued: "I would love to see him do one. I think he would make an extraordinary Bond. Having seen Skyfall, that's a tough act to follow."

You really want to see Nolan do a Bond flick? Why? You don't seem to care much for Bond. So why have your favorite director direct something you don't have a passion for?

I like James Bond and I love the direction the series has taken with Craig in the starring role. The series has never been better in my eyes and it achieved that without Nolan. I'd like Nolan to find something ORIGINAL to do. I want another "Inception" or "Memento." Would I be against him doing Bond? Of course not. But I'd be more excited for something new and different. Unless it's that Howard Hughes biopic. That doesn't interest me.

The final act of Skyfall sets the framework for a classic Bond to follow. I don't want to see another deconstructionist story. They can't keep going to that well for a drink. Casino and Skyfall both hit the reset switch, so if Nolan directs a Bond film he needs to make one where James is back in old form.

I want to see Nolan take on a realistic interpretation of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I think he could do the series justice with a grounded approach.

The last film was awful, inject some Nolan sensibilities of teenagers with attitudes and I think it'd be a helluva film. I can see the character theatrical posters as a type this out. Instead of "the mark" or "the man who will play Robin and Bruce Willy\is" Inception posters, we'd see "The Red Ranger", "The Green Ranger".

Also Hot Toys 1/6 and 1/4 potential. :lecture
