Actually they are locked in display cases. The sticky finger brats would be they juvenile dips#!ts that Hastings seems to hire. No offiense to anyone that works there.

did end up canceling, but finally have enough RPs to buy it in full if it comes back to second chance like the Flint. otherwise i guess I'll have to live without the extra sculpt when i get it from hastings. I do plan on picking up Duke with my savings now though. Just have to find the best deal.

how are you getting these deals on hastings every time i look they are about retail price would love to pick up one or two for troop building or customs

its funny, for a while I wanted the items from SSC on the first day just like everyone else. back in 2006 and 2007 there were a lot fewer people on the boards and i felt getting the figure in hand when everyone else did I could offer my own viewpoint of it and it mattered. so that was a small part of the reason to needing it on day 1. now i feel there are so many people talking about the items that my viewpoint is already covered so I don't have this get it right away feeling anymore.

so i just wait. and wait and wait until the prices hit something I can justify.

regarding gohastings. I probably check their site once a week. as well as their amazon store for deals and bite when it finally hits my mark.

it also depends on what mood I'm in. frankly today driving in to work I was thinking about whether I want to upgrade or upsize my home. so spending $145 to have a toy didn't really seem like a wise purchase this morning.

maybe. I have to do that for my own sake, otherwise its too easy to do something stupid like renting my habitat instead of owning it just so that I have money to spend on toys.

I know how you feel. But I am still critically relevant to getting information to the boards. With my immediate photos of products as they ship, my snappy wit, and intellectual rapport with the many members of the forums I am, in essence, the cornerstone herald of the new GI Joe and Star Wars 1:6 scale products.

I have no doubt that Sideshow's sales of these two lines would tank in a month without my input.
