Fell a little underwhelmed with Flint. Maybe the lack of accessories or something, not sure what ....Still a solid figure and looks great with the other Joes

Ok just got my first Sideshow Exclusive, but the actual exlusive shotty is not in the package. Packaging is exclusive, the accessories tray has the place for the exclusive shotty but no shotty
I called customer service they said I should get back a call from returns/exchange dept. (a guy named Carlos). So anyone had a similar experience like this? I don't want to return the whole thing and wait for another 2-3 weeks especially since I checked the figure and its of very good quality. Do they just send out the missing piece?

This will be one long wait

E-mail them and explain your situation, they'll tell you what to do from there on [email protected]

Maybe a few weeks, you should hear something in 2-3 business days.

Ive had this happen and SS sent me the replacement right away, they are great for this

I doubt they will. When my CC Ex had a misaligned Cobra sigil on his shirt, I had to send the whole thing back in. Call CS ASAP and you might very well have a return shipping label to print by the end of the day today or tomorrow. Then it's just a matter of how fast you can get him shipped back to SSC. I dropped mine off at the UPS depot (not the UPS store) and had my replacement CC in about 7 days.
