I knew this all along,he said after Rambo 4 that he plans on making a fifth,but not many people know this,so i thought id post the latest update

Lionsgate want to continue with the Franchise,so Rambo 5 WILL happen!

yeah the fourth couldnt have a better ending...Stallone did say early on that the fifth will be different than the other Rambo`s,he will go deeper into the "Person" John Rambo and not the war machine.

As much as RAMBO did indeed seem to end it all perfectly... I do think a "final" film that takes place on American soil (like the original) could also offer its own nice symmetry.

Well I think it is fair to say that it will be named "John Rambo" Part 4 was originally named John Rambo and then changed to just "Rambo" I would assume they made this change when they decided on making a 5th.

John Rambo is my guess.

that's what I thought as well but then I remembered the film is still called John Rambo in the UK

I don't see a need for it. I loved it and it comes full circle with the first movie, he now has peace in his life. A 5 isn't needed and Rambo 4 didnt light up the box office.

I trust Stallone's judgement, he must have a really cool idea because I am sure he doesn't want to end the series on a bad note like Rocky 5 which is the reason why he made Rocky Balboa.

It made $113,244,290 total wordwide and costed $50 mill to make so i'd consider it a decent success.

Would be nice to see Trautman return in a fifth Rambo if the movie will be like i think it will,but Richard Crenna died in 2003 so...

They need to lay Rambo to rest next to Trautman at Arlington.
End the series with some dignity or itll be a joke.

I think in Rambo 5 he should be on the case of missing crystal skulls. Also it should end with him making contact with an alien lifeform. Then at the very end Rambo goes up to space in the mothership to battle emperor Xur and the Ko-Dan Armada.
