But your cool with Luke being some crybaby on an island who drinks ***** milk? Ok lol. That ain?t the same guy but ok

Well after the PT (and this is not a dig against the PT) I think we as an audience can see how someone can become disenfranchised with the ways of the Jedi Masters. That by trying to fix things they ultimately made things worse. Luke decided to turn away from that after he tried to make things better but ended up making things worse. Yoda helped him see the error in his ways and his fear of failure. Luke has always been kind of a whinner.. He is just a better actor then Hayden (That is a dig against the PT :lol) so it comes across more as despair and failure then crying.

I get why many wanted the great Jedi warrior who is infallible version of Luke.. I really do. There was some fun to be had there for sure. I am not saying I would not have loved that also..

But I liked the direction they took also. I thought it fit in well with what we saw in the PT.

I have heard a few people saw that thought that was funny..

Just curious... What struck your funny bone?

The only thing i can think of is instead of explaining how palps his back, how he had a son, what the **** his plan is they decided to show a Jar of Failed snoke clone experiments to imply everything that happened and let the audience head canon decide how they fill in the gaps, esp if they dont read the god damn novel that explains what the **** they meant and what was cut from 3 hour studio edited version of the film lol

What's this place coming to when a ****ing brilliant reference like this goes completely unacknowledged? This should have been quoted by at least 4 people by now, each of whom awards it a minimum of 3 :lol with a :rotfl mixed in

Isn?t it obvious? It?s acknowledging khev?s secret identity

Palpatine: "Hey buddy would you like a jar of snokes."

"No and now you want to go home and rethink your life."

Palpatine: "I think I want to go home and rethink my life."

The Bad Batch, a new animated show from Filoni set after the Clone Wars, is coming to Disney+ in 2021.

Disney knows what sells... PT ERA!

:yess:

Is that gonna be based on the Renegade Clones from last season??

Not sure if interested if that is the case.

Depends how close it is to the OT timeline.. Meaning real stormtroopers and tie fighters.

Hope they don't try selling us a series based on the sisters... Almost seems like that might have been what they were going for if the first series is about those clones.. I could see them doing one for the sisters.. Why else waste our time with that story.

The worst parts of The Clone Wars cartoons were the clones.

The Bad Batch were one of those bad cartoon cliches that make you thankful for the fast forward button.

Man my son and I were plowing through TCW and I was really enjoying it for the most part but I just hit a huge wall with Season 5 where Darth Maul returns and teams up with his brother. Ugh. Just not very compelling. How long does this go on? I haven't revisited the show in like 2-3 weeks because of that which is weird because I loved Maul in the final season.

There's so many ways to laugh at it: The idea that Snoke is this disposable item you pick from a jar. Or that Palps keeps them pickled in a jar. Or that he made so many back-ups. The jar of pickled Snokes is probably just one step below camera panning to find a marionette Snoke with strings and all.

What is most funny is thinking that some people saw that and got spooky chills. That just made me laugh now. Again.

I would see a spin-off movie about one of the Snoke jars breaking open and all the Snokes scamper away in escape, scattering all over the galaxy, causing trouble... and someone is hired to clean them up. Maybe grown-up broom boy -- now a resistance janitor. Its like Pandora's Box crossed with that Mickey Mouse Sorcerer's Apprentice.

Just having a Bad Bunch of slippery Snokes is a funny idea.

You guys are nuts the last 4 episode arc of the final season of clone wars was better then anything we have seen since the ot. That 2 hour arc blows away anything we we saw in the st under kk watch as well as the pt. I highly recommend that all star wars fans watch it. The rest of season wasnt that great so watch just the last 4 episodes. You get a duel of fates part 2 and will be very surprised by who actually started the resistance against palpatine. If we can get a live action movie of this arc itbwould be ****ing fantastic. I loved the end with vader finding one of his padawans sabers. Dave filoni fully understands the world of star wars its ****ing amazing. Even if you dont like dave i still really suggest you watch that final arc

It's like a Gremlin jumped in the pool, but with Snokes!

Hey, they aren't above it...

The runaway robot story and the final episode were the best of the final season.

Throughout the seasons the endless clone battles against the ridiculous Rogers was hard going. I preferred any story that focused on anything else. Even then it's more about the art and scenery than the juvenile storylines.

You thought the best episode was about the sister’s robot? That was CLEARLY a juvenile SJW Force is Female storyline???

That entire arc was the considered the worst by a clear majority.

You old timers don’t get modern Star Wars.

The final arc of The Clone Wars is some of the best animation story telling OF ALL TIME and content that rivals the best Star Wars has to offer.
