Guys i know you love star wars as much of the rest of us but that video didnt fix anything. All that is is confirmation bias, it melds with your preconceived notions of tros and he st so naturally it makes sense to you, if you hated the st And tros it wouldnt change anything.

Not only that but some of you hate maz and she starts off the narration lol

Confirmstion bias at work, you hear maz voice but it doesnt immediatly turn you off to the point you close video, you want to hear more and then lighswitch its not a hate peice, they agree with your opinion so of course you enjoy and agree with it. You'd be hard pressed to find people that hate a new hope or Esb like they do the ST or PT. Honestly, Its how humans work- I wouldn't expect you guys to think otherwise of this video. Its the same thing you guys do when you come across videos glorifying how great the PT is (you turn them off and roll eyes), but PT lovers love those videos.

The fact is the ST failed because it created factions that fall into either two categories "love" or Hate" (similar to the PT) nothing in the OT was like this ( most people loved it or at the very least was entertained by both of them) so you cannot say the ST were good movies because the overwhelming majority of star wars fan's do not perceive them in this way. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone that hates a new hope or esb outside of my mom (who is close to 80 years old) but she is a poor example because she just hates star wars in general like most older woman (they think its stupid and just for men/boys).

Dude... I just enjoyed the video.. It was really really well edited... The way it flowed from one scene to the other. It was a celebration of everything STAR WARS.

I don't think anyone who posted or liked it thought it would convince anyone who didn't like the ST that it was suddenly good. Naturally if you don't like big chunks of the series, certain movies, or are just dead inside you wont like that video

I am not a PT or ST fan boy... And that video made me want to watch all of them.

It was a reminder of why we hate the st and what star wars could have been without it or had it been done differently. It starts with maz’s voice for christ sakes not even yoda or kenobi. See I remember when I use to hate the PT and even then a well edited video would still get me excited.

I know what you are saying.. If you are not a ST fan at all and Maz having the intro.. But it was kind of the point of the video.. Seeing things start to repeat..

But I get it.. Anakin's line "You underestimate my Power" made me cringe a bit.. But the visuals still had me captivated.

All I know is I count myself as very lucky. I can find enjoyment out of all of them... even the two I really don't like (TLJ and AOTC)

FYI...The Jaws 4k disc is on sale today at Best Buy for $10. I hear the deleted scenes with Doomcock are included with this version

The ST doesn't improve the PT but I'm glad it's made people appreciate it more.

If anything it's reminded us what a hard act to follow the OT is (and the OT itself was heading south by the end...)

Speaking of JAWS was out in the ocean today went to a so called prestigious private beach.

Water was full of trash, tampons, bottles, cardboard, straws, paper towels, fish hooks, hats, dead seagull, I even saw a milk crate.

Then there was a shark sighting but by then I was already out of the water due to the massive amount of pollution.

I?ll never make fun of a 3rd world country ever again lol

Nasty.

Oh well at least there was thongs everywhere.

The video was cool and shows that all the movies have some cool scenes and moments. I am no fan of the sequel trilogy but it still has some iconic scenes interspersed throughout it.

I would t say iconic since the ST is pretty much forgotten but some scenes look nice. Though I can?t think of any good scenes that stand out other than the hyper space sacrifice in the last jedi. That was done well

I did like seeing the Falcom flying on Jakku in force awakens. the Holdo manuever and Luke's projection scenes in Last Jedi and the Kylo Rey fight on the death star was cool. I also liked the Han and Kylo scene Rise of Skywalker. To me they arent good movies but still have some good bits in them. Everyone's mileage will vary for sure. Yes lots of head scratchers in them by far my least favorite is cow raping Luke and Leia Poppins.

I have the Blu-ray which was a nice transfer but that original mono track is the selling point for me this time around.

My movie collection has become a hodgepodge of DVD, blu ray, and 4k. With most movies I have to check to see what format I have because a couple times I have accidentally re-bought the same disc when I see a sale like today.

Oh well I guess i?ll just have to settle with the $10.00 4K JAWS bummer.
