Man, as much as I love the Luke/Yoda scene just imagine if it could have been Guinness Kenobi. When Yoda days, “lost Ben Solo you did, lose Rey you must not” all I could think of was how interesting it might have been to see Ben and Luke share a moment in remembrance of the students they lost.

But I do love the Yoda scene.

I read about that a couple days ago but I don’t know if I believe it:

The New York Daily News reports that Yoda will return once again in Star Wars IX as a Force ghost to help train Rey. As an unnamed source tells the Daily News:

“The success of the scenes featuring Yoda in The Last Jedi were huge ... Yoda will again appear as a ghost as he acknowledges Rey's success and growth as a Jedi ... The scenes are due to be put together later this year.”

The publication and the fact that it’s an ‘unnamed source’ don’t exactly give the story much credibility. Further it makes no logical sense for him to be the one as he’s never met her... there are more obvious choices to be playing that role to her. Perhaps with certain players out they want that nostalgic connection to remain with a character so they’re bringing him in. Again, if it’s true.

Wait.. SO Yoda is going to finish Rey's training.. I think without question we will hear this for sure "**** Holy.. No more training do you require, Already know everything... Ever" Or he will just strike down the whole first order with lighting. Kidding aside I am all for more Yoda.

What’s hysterical about all this is if the final chapter is a blow you away , ESB esque film everyone raves over....

Who do you think will get the directors credit?

For the record.. They made the good one when he was still a man

I recently discovered they’re BOTH now women.

So they went from the Wachowski brothers, to the Wachowski siblings, to the Wachowski sisters.

If the second one went out in sympathy that’s hella brotherly, er sisterly, love!!

and that was before training

He was a trained pilot and he had help from Obi Wan. Remember what he said about shooting wamp rats with his T-16.

I used to bull's-eye womp rats in my T-16 back home. They're not much bigger than two meters.

thats because rey uses a more advanced version of the force.

The force evolves. and in the time from Luke to rey the force lay dormant evolving.
since there were no jedi besides Kylo and he went dark side,
the force was able to gestate and mature.

The version that Rey uses is like an upgrade to the force.
