Yep, and she's wearing pasties. My childhood was a lie. I ruined that VHS copy for nothing... NOTHING!!!

Really, i'm some scenes I can swear I saw something. Maybe its just wishful thinking.

I was surprised by some of their gruesomeness - like the AT-TE shooting Barriss Offee, and then stepping on her. Ouch!

What? oh man, I saw have to watch that when I get home today.

I got a kick out of the "Lost Rebels" too, the two female pilots were hilarious...especially the second, older lady. WTH was she doing flying an X-Wing? She should have been working in the galley of Home 1, baking cookies or something :).

Seriously! What, did George's grandmother visit the set one day and someone said "put her in an A-Wing!" :lol And I can't believe that after all these years I'm just now learning that the one A-Wing pilot who says, "Got him" as the Interceptors close on him was actually a chick with a man's voice dubbed over her.

And I agree about Jerjerrod's dilemma.
On the one hand it would have actually made for a pretty cool situation but to have yet another countdown to a DS blowing up a moon during a space battle was apparently one too many ANH references even for ROTJ.

Another thing I love about the blu-rays is theatrical subtitles at long last. Its funny but just another little thing that feels "Star Wars-y." The last 10 years or so of ugly player generated subtitles (complete with miscapitalization like "imperial" instead of "Imperial") have been annoying and I'm glad they're apparently behind us.

Yup, now we all can read the NOOOOOOOsss while simultaneously listening to them :lol

I was referring to the actual subtitles for aliens like Greedo and so on. But yeah there's that too. :lol

Actually speaking of Greedo I did watch the infamous Han/Greedo scene and I swore the showdown went faster this time. I think they might have removed some frames for the blu-ray because now you almost can't see who's firing when or at what. Just some milliseconds of laser fire and then Greedo goes down.

If George was so concerned about the violence of the original scene why not just leave it as is and then put in the credits "No innocent bounty hunters were harmed during the making of this production, only those who were about to shoot the smuggler sitting across the table in front of them."

If only Lucas had the bar CGI extended to where Greedo was several yards away. Or perhaps, a CGI-ed Ford head on a CGI Solo body with a CGI Greedo stepping outside the catina to have a proper showdown. ;)

Ironically not bothered by the violence of Vadar chopping off Luke's hand, Han slicing a tautaun open, and the Rancor eating a Gamorrean guard.

If you like violence then check out the Boga/ General Grievous animatic on the ROTS deleted scenes. At one point GG is in his wheel bike on top of a pile of clones and using the bike to throw chunks of Clonetroopers at Obi.

I thought you were joking. :(

I found it though... I don't know which is worse. That, or when he shoots a hole into the front of the tram so his wheel bike could ride through the whole thing...

Though, around 5:36 the American Gladiators joust stick to knock Obi Wan off is....no, that's silly too... And, Obi Wan incapacitates the General, and proceeds to murder him and toss the corpse off the cliff. I can see why that one got cut/changed.

Dang! He just rips out Grievous' bits and pieces with his bare hands and then shoots them for good measure? I'm suprised he didn't squash them with the heel of his boot.

Hahaha, animatic which goes completely against the tone of the final completed version where Obi-Wan seems disgusted about using a blaster.
