Yep and I loved his line to Finn and Poe "eh, they blow you up today, you'll blow them up tomorrow," right in front of Hux and Phasma. So awesomely meta while openly belittling both sides at the same time. Dude was badass.

But for a Snikt movie very poorly handled, 7.8 max for that turd!

Luke’s contribution to this story was meaningless. At the end of the day, all he really did was SACRIFICE HIS LIFE to buy the heroes a couple minutes of time to escape from the second base they had to escape from this episode. Why didn’t they escape right away when the first order showed up?

Because the exit was blocked by a pile pf rocks? ROCKS?

Did they really need Rey’s force powers to move the rocks? Or could they have just called Chewie down sooner and used the base full of weapons and blasters to get through the PILE OF ROCKS?!

And who cares if this makes a billion or two in cash? The REAL DAMAGE will be shown later as the fans don’t show up in force to the follow-up movies. That box office will continue to shrink, unlike Marvel’s movie which are pretty steady or increasing in box office over time. FOR NOW.
