Another attention whore. Shame on her mother (if you can call her that). White trash in the flesh.

How is this news? I was forced to turn my shirt inside out once at school. Was it offensive? Hell yes it was. That's why I wore it. :)

What constitutes an abuse of free speech?

This incident isn't an example of freedom of speech being violated, but I'd love to hear which ideas qualify as exempt from protection under the First Amendment.

Free speech becomes an abuse when it infringes on another's rights. Just like in this case.

finally you show a photo of yourself quiggle.

i wore a shirt with a printed "Angry Bird and an arrow pointing down" going to the airport.

i'd wear it to school or to church.

*its a public warning, there's an angry bird down there.

I agree with this.
How does someone wear this to school and act surprised when they get called on it? Dress codes in schools have been around for a long time. Oh no, she was embarrassed and humiliated in front of the class. Grow some thicker skin, or perhaps not wear a shirt that's going to draw attention to yourself.

A return to school uniforms would end this madness, and a lot of competitive one-upmanship that comes from someone wearing what someone else a) cannot afford b) may offend c) be inappropriate (ie too much mid-riff showing, too low cut etc.)

It's no different than having to wear the appropriate attire to work. Though that girl will probably never have a job.

Both the girl and her mother seem to think that the school is no different from any other public place. They seem like the type who'd sue if they got thrown out of a store or something for being obnoxious. They think other people are there to serve. I'm sure teachers appreciate that kind of attitude. Nothing like being treated like the servant of spoiled brat.

Just the same as you can't have a firearm on campus, you don't have the right to dress as you please in school. Sorry boutcha, mom and daughter.
