No, part of the jester's cap tattoo on his chest/right arm isn't lined up correctly because of how his arm is posed. It'll be better when it's posed correctly, it just looks wrong in that pic.

The arkham version will come off the same production line. The only difference is it will have the straight jacket. He'll 100% have the tattoos.

I don't really care if the tattoos are there or not as I likely wouldn't pose him shirtless or without the straight jacket anyway, but it would be a joke if the body for the Arkham figure doesn't have them. There's no reason not to other then just trying to get people to double dip, which I understand that's what HT does, but no tattoos on the Arkham figure just seems a little worse then usual. And, the fact that they're not showing the head makes me think this may indeed be the case, and it's a totally new figure.

The new teaser might be the AA without the straight jacket.

If it were, they would've used the same layout/logos as the Toy Fair Exclusive but with the new pic. I think that teaser is for the regular MMS figure.

They won't be. These are exclusives and are only available to certain retailers. You might get them from a few stores but they'll be marked up. You are better off ordering from HK or Sideshow
