I'm not taking this anywhere, I'm dead serious....if you and your supposedly 'hardcore collecting buddy' [who I suspect is nothing more than a figment of your imagination] consider the likeness to be laughable then I think you should be spending less time around here, and more time seeking therapy.
And don't bother with the 'adult' comments......Trevor Grove, the finest sculptor out there, frequents this forum regularly....I wonder what he thinks of the stupidity of your 'adult' comments towards his work?
Ill be the first to admit that if I personally tried to make a Terminator statue, it would look like complete garbage compared to this one. I am also not a talented artist getting paid to make $350 statue's either. I don't know Trevor personally and I am probably certain he has made some amazing pieces. Lord knows I could never do anything any of these guys do but again.... I do not get paid to do it either. I am sorry I disagree wit you and I am sorry that you still have to personally insult me when ive said or done nothing to you personally. Sticks and stones....all I can say to that.
Ultimately, who really gives a rats ass what someone else sees, you're spending the money on it, or not.
If there were a true "discussion" of viewpoints, I could understand talking about it, but endlessly arguing, me and my friends see it this way so you and your friends are dumb, is just a waste of time and energy.
Who cares what others think if you're happy, someone else dumping on something your buying should have no impact on your ability to enjoy it yourself and if it does, you might have deeper things to deal with. You have to be able to be happy with your things, your choices and yourself regardless of the rest of the world.

But When I first showed my wife the promo photo she said "Looks a little like Kurt Russull" Then I looked again thinking she was crazy and said "yep looks a little like Kurt Russell" I pointed out once before it's the hair and the big jaw line. There is just some Stuntman mike there. However from all other angles it looks fantastic.
There is no saying that this shot looks nothing like Arnold.
But you gotta see a little stuntman mike here,
But I really hope that when we get it in hand it looks as good as trever's sculpt photos. I did a quick paint job on this and it still looks great. So I hope it is what we get. (Only with better glasses and it color
)
Not sure why the B&W photos look so great compared to the color,

Just goes to show ANYTHING can happen.
At least we're getting a big statue for our money, the could have done the other T1 Terminator and we'd pay $350 for a 12 inch statue
