Enough bickering (and crazy notions, like implying that Iron Man 2 and Thor are better than The Dark Knight) and enjoy the ride of this new pop culture energy and funny shiiite like this:

Do it for America! :yess:

I saw this on the first weekend in 2D, and the second weekend in IMAX 3D.

For me it was 9.5/10 on both occasions. Although I have decided that 3D is not important to me. All it does is look good for a few minutes, but then as long as the film is good, I will get lost in the story, and completely forget about the 3D.

The only parts that stop me giving it a 10/10 are where Banner turns into Hulk in less than a second, and seeing the invading army all die as the portal closes. Both of those instances just pulled me out of the moment with a WTF going through my mind. Other than that, the rest of the film is just so good that it makes me forgive those two moments.

Definitely a preorder for me when it comes to Blu-Ray.

Not a bad reason! When I was a wee lad and had a difficult time going to bed, I would often imagine what a real life Thor would really be like, flying around, beating up bad guys with his hammer, etc. In my mind, it was awesome. And it was weird, because Thor wasn't nearly my favorite comic character. . .the version from the Hulk TV movie wasn't quite the same :lol

Well, we at least know that Thor's hair wasn't immortal :rotfl
