We have something like that at my Movie Theater, it's called, "the idiot kicking the back of your seat."
And that option doesn't cost extra either

There was a teenage girl next to my mother once who put the arm rest down between the seat and spread out over two seats. Her mother was sitting beside her. I would've told her to sit her ass up, but not this mom. I told my mom if she kicked her or put her feet up close to her to let me know and I'd tell her to move her damn feet. She was all over the place.
I have little patience for dumbass parenting anymore.
I loved seeing it in 3D with D-Box seats. When Iron Man flies out of the water and through New York at night, I felt like I was zooming along with him. When the aliens started flying through the portal, my seat tilted forward and I gripped my armrests because I thought I was going to fall right in. It felt like Star Tours. All movie experiences should be that fun and immersive. Well, maybe you don't want every movie to be treated like a theme park ride, but Avengers was a blast.
Why would you be moved around during dialogue scenes?
I haven't seen a movie in D box yet, but there are a couple of theaters around here that have them. I'm pretty sure it mainly during action scenes they do things. But it would be a good way to spice up a boring drama

Porn films must be really fun!

That makes me want to check it out in D-Box too. There's a theater with D-Box seats just down the street but its got Battleship showing in that auditorium now.
Still, are there long portions of the film where the seats don't move? It seems like it'd be a little much if you were being jostled for two and half hours especially with long periods of dialogue.
