Avengers Directors Cut will totally cut into TDKR business.

Joss Whedon went on record saying that the cut that played in theaters was his director's cut. He wasn't forced to remove a half hour of scenes, he chose to cut what he felt needed to be cut in order to deliver the best movie possible. This is not a director's cut delivering his intended original vision of the film, it is a blatant cash grab.

And I have only one thing to say to this kind of cash grab:

Watched Avengers for the third time today. This movie gets better better each viewing. I feel like watching it again once the end credit starts.

The Avengers is like the child that you knew had potential and has achieved it. TDKR is like the child who was great and doing fantastic but suddenly decided they were going to change majors to Art History and backpack through Europe instead of entering Medical School. It still has me scratching my head.
