I saw the dark knight 8 times, I've seen TDKR twice so far, will be doing a third viewing in a few weeks.

I would never want to watch a movie that much in a short period of time. I would want to be excited for the blu release of it. I had planned on seeing The Avengers twice, once in 3D and once in 2D (because I heard the picture was brighter), but couldn't. I plan on seeing The Hobbit in 3D at the midnight showing, then watch it again with my mother in 2D since 3D gives her headaches.

You're all going to hell for watching only once. :lol

The only films I can think of that I've seen twice in a theater are The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises, LOTR: Return Of The King, The Ring (was a good date movie :lol). Once is enough most of the time.

I tried. It was my fault they didn't beat out Cameron. :(

Tell that to the geek boss at the pearly gate. :lol

Oh I do too, no doubt and I've seen some movies either on DVD or TV a hundred times, but I would never want to watch them too often in a short period of time.

Yea, I saw The Dark Knight like 3 days in a row, then just periodically through out it's run. But then again the chance to see another movie like that in the theaters was going to be rare, especially in Imax. Can't wait to see TDKR in Imax. There was a group of guys that when TDK came out on dvd and blu ray, one of them bought a flat screen TV, Blu Ray player and surround sound system just for that movie, and then they watched the movie 4 times over the course of that night, back to back to back to back. Crazy.

I seen Avengers 4 times at the cinema. And i'm someone who hates going out in crowded places (i have ocd) but the Avengers was so good i kept going. I usually wait til a film's nearing the end of it's run at my cinema too cause i know it'll be quiet then but for Avengers i couldn't wait and seen it twice when it was packed. I'll only see TDKR once. I just prefer to watch films on my own or with my gf on bluray at home.

Avengers is my favorite film to date, which is why i'm happy to go mental on the Hot toys figures :lol
