I think it'll start shipping closer to the end of the month. I got a 20-25 day notice a week or two ago.

The notices I received as a retailer seem to indicate it should be available in just a few days. Good thing, because it's the most popular Sideshow piece in my store. Lots of people waiting on it.

Judging from the one seen in the "panel" video, I'd say it'll be pretty close to the prototype pictures. Very nice detail, particularly around the head.

As do I. I have extremely high expectations based on the bar set by the website's pictures. The first diorama was spot-on, so I'm hoping this will be in like fashion.

They're already processing orders placed through my store. I figured their inventory would update at the same time as their retailers, but maybe this one's an exception?

It seems most of my customers will be getting their Carnotaurus before folks who ordered directly through Sideshow. Kind of weird, but I'm certainly not complaining.

With the same estimated shipping date that those of us who have gone directly through SSC get? Not entirely sure how likely that sounds. I'll believe it when I see it, but if that's the case and your customers get theirs earlier this time around then it's good news for your business, and the first exception to the rule that's been operative since at least as long as I've been purchasing through SSC and other online retailers. Otherwise there really wouldn't be much incentive to order through the SSC website directly other than the reward points and exclusives... which I suppose are still pretty fine incentive in and of themselves.

It's happened before, if the regulars came before the exclusives it'll happen. It is pretty rare though.

As for the rewards points, you get about 5% with your purchase, but buying through a dealer you usually save about 10%. I usually only order regular edition stuff from Sideshow if I'm really excited and don't want to wait for it or am not sure if I will keep it or not. As for these dinos thought, I'm going exclusive all the way.
