TDKR made the old mistake of starting off the film with the best stunt. The airplane sequence with Bane was the coolest part of the film. There was no up from there.

It wasn't a bad film, but it wasn't great either. The second film was much better.

I was actually thinking this today, for me nothing matched that scene and the catwoman in the bar scene.

Agree with the rest.

TDK is still the best.

1. TDK

2. BB

3. TDKR

I enjoyed all 3.... Rises may not to be the best one, but it was still a good ending to the trilogy.

It's very hard for me to separate BB and TDKR, in any event, while I love TDK (clearly), it is definitely 3rd out of the 3 for me.

As far as 2012 movies go, Dredd ****ing killed TDKR. It shot it up full of slow-mo and threw it's fat, bloated ass out of a window, 200 stories down.
