Getting up in the morning to work out is tough. I used to get up at 5:30am and go to the gym. After a couple weeks I just couldn't keep up the motivation to get up that early.

Spring forward this weekend won't help. ugh.
TGIF... with losing my former working hours, this week has been murder. It's been brutal having to wake up at 6am to workout.
You work out at 6 now? I was thinking of working out early, since I find that working out at 4pm is a bit unproductive for me.
Yeah I've been doing the afternoon shift for years now
Saturday is my rest day, but when I do Sundays, I typically get up at 9:30 and start around 10:30. There's equity in not having to do jack **** when I get home from work now though.
I keep seeing ads for "Over 40 Abs" on my ****ing Facebook. I know it's harder to get back into shape as you get older, but how the **** do they know that I'm out of shape and over 40?
My metabolism isn't what it used to be. I've definitely noticed it's harder for me to trim down. Also doesn't help I can't do proper cardio since my knee is still ****ed up.
it 100% gets ridiculous as you get older... it's like a switch or something goes off at! 40 kicked my nutz in!

I miss being cut and shredded looking like 6 years ago
I could probably do it again, but I can't really do any standing cardio circuits... I'm stuck doing boxing circuits in my chair
I think I was in my best shape from 24-low 30's--then everything went to ****. When my back really started causing problems I just wasn't able to be as active. If I have to rely on watching what I eat to lose weight then I'm screwed.
