Thanks! After years of trying and not getting tickets, this will be my third year in a row attending SDCC. So far, we've at least been able to get at least 3 days each time. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up Wednesday and Saturday when they do Open Registration. What's ****ed up is I've never been chosen in the lottery--my wife's name has been picked for tickets all three years.

Looking fwd to some pix!!

Honestly, taking pics of all the new stuff is my favorite part of Comic Con. I'd like to see some of the panels, but I'm not waiting in line for that ****--especially if I don't get tickets for all the days. There's too much to see on the convention floor to spend an entire day watching stuff that will be online later.

Def sounds like the way to go. Jealous I can't go!

Just saw Logan... eh. I don't know why people are making it out to be a masterpiece. I felt it was very dull and 45 minutes too long. By no means bad, but I don't ever see myself rewatching it.

Lol I guess at least Logan puts SuiSquid to shame. I liked it pretty well. For a guy with blades coming out of his hands, it was more realistic of what would happen when wolves gets in a fight. I liked the western-style story too.

I'll concede that. I didn't hate Logan, but I feel there's so much bloated and wasted time with it.

It's definitely the most "movie" of any CBM for a really long time. Great concept, poorly executed.

The violence was great though. Twenty years playing the character and finally moves away from the cuddly nice guy he was turned into.

Jackman as Logan in X1 is still the best representation of the character to date. Just an arrogant, pessimistic **** head... who has a heart.

:lol I wish I could blow off work this week. It's Spring Break so my wife is off all week and ended up going out of town for the week. My brother and his family went to Mexico so I'm stuck here on my own.

No... it really doesn't - silly come back that fella! :slap

Just a cheap shot, they're different movies.

I'll see it at some point. It's getting hyped up beyond belief, but I'm trying not to let my expectations get too high.

Not yet seen it, but will be - I've enjoyed most of the X-movies.

As for the hype –*from what I can see, it is a great movie – I think a lot of the hype is just critics having a smug little chuckle and childishly wanting to put-down BvS again.

Totally agree with this. I also liked his evolution into Logan too. Much softer in affect but still overall negative persona.

I gave it a B+. It's much more realistic to me and doesn't try to wow you with theme songs or plots. It's a very raw representation of the aging process as well as superhero culture. I really appreciated the change of pace from this one. I think you'll enjoy it.

I'm heading to the 12:00 show today... F work
You, sir, are a rock star! :rock

Very much different movies. One is better storytelling than the other. Both had a lot of hype. Only one was decent though.:hi5:

Sounds like Jack Daniels and balls out all week to me! I'm thinking you just won the lottery my friend!
