Anything that comes from UPS I always pick up at a UPS store or the processing plant which is five minutes down the road from where I work. Works out well ordering a lot from Sideshow, and BBTS. Probably going to start doing the same with USPS deliveries as well.

Speaking of the Warner Brothers store, man did I love that place growing up. Not sure how similar all the stores were, but mine had Batman, and Superman bursting through the wall. Pretty sure the Batman was in the Keaton costume. Also remember a Gremlin hiding up in the ceiling. Would love to go back in time, and see that place again.

I got the BTAS Batman maquette a while back for what I thought was a decent price. Way cheaper then what I had seen it going for a while back. Had to snag it as it's something I've been after for years.

It was a fantastic store. Mine had Superman and Batman bursting through the wall, too. The most expensive things I bought there were the maquettes, but I used to go stand in front of all the Alex Ross prints and animation cells and wish I could afford them. It's too bad they closed all of them.

It's crazy how much people can get away with. I'm grateful such a thing is unheard of where I am and the postal workers are so nice, my mom gives them fruits and drinks for the road. :lol

unfortunately this is an every day occurrence around here... any of these could have been filmed from my front porch!

I love those! I ended up buying quite a few of the pieces I saw in the store. Some of them are going for more money than I want to spend now though.

Sideshow is throwing in a free Stormtrooper figure when you buy a set of them. Pretty soon they'll be tossing them in boxes for free like Tonto, Angela, and Jor-El.

I wonder how many tens of thousands of TFA Stormtroopers were made. Probably enough that the price of each didn't need to be over $120.

I'm still trying to keep up with the animated figures. I love them, but there are issues that irritate me. I'm frustrated with the inconsistent proportions on the figures. Some of the girls have pinheads while others have bobbleheads. Talia has really long arms that I'll have to fix, and Clayface feels like he should have been bigger overall. Plus, it's iffy buying them online because you don't know what kind of paint job you'll get. And don't get me started on the rising prices.

Those TNBA maquettes are a work of art! :clap

As for the BTAS figures, I got the Batmobile but sold it recently after realizing I'll never keep up with the line, partly due to the lack of toy stores here that I could inspect the figures myself. I've heard enough Knightmare stories of people getting defective paints and broken joints.

You'd think DC would have released a 1/6 BTAS Bats by now. :dunno

Mondo has their 1/6 BTAS figure coming out at some point, but I wasn't too impressed with it. I'm going to wait until I see production pics before making a decision though.

I haven't had time to open him up yet. I probably will tonight so I can finally get all the Dinobots together on my shelf and be done with it. :lol

I'm trying to figure out what I want on my shelves because I think I may sell the stuff I don't choose to display. I have to get my collection organized, and a week without the wife is a good opportunity to do it.
