:lol :lol It's nice having the house to myself for a little while. It'd be more fun if I wasn't having to work longer hours this week though.

Man that's fn nuts! Dunno how u guys manage w all that! Supposed to be lower 40s for lows tomorrow and wed and weather man is acting like it's frostbite central! Lol

My Batman Maquette is out for delivery :rock I still need to pick up Harley and Joker at some point, but I'm waiting to find decent deals on them.

you live close enough to work to dip out and snag it? or do your wares have to sit out for sticky fingered aholes to drool over??

I'm coming off a three day weekend and my office closed tomorrow due to Snowpocalypse. Were looking at maybe a foot of snow.

Yeah, it seemed to have come out of nowhere. I looked outside last night and suddenly there were two to three inches of snow. It looks like there's even more now. :lol

Luckily, I'm able to get everything shipped to my work. It's nice since there's always someone here to sign for it, and I don't like UPS or USPS just leaving stuff on my porch.

You mean a DCAU Bats? Which one?

This one from the Warner Bros. store

plus that way it eliminates some of the "5 foot drop off" that the ups azzholes enjoy so much. i so love watching these j'offs shooting hoops with my packages to my front door when they drop off.

Hot damn! Do you have the BTAS and JL versions as well?

The ones I'm hunting down were only available at the Warner Bros. store. They are 1/6 maquettes based only on TNBA and Superman TAS. They released Batman, Robin, Joker, Harley, Batman Beyond, Superman, and Wonder Woman. I would have loved to have seen them do more characters and include BTAS and JL, but the stores closed and they quit the line.

Still waiting on the delivery guy for my Batman. :impatient:

It's crazy how much people can get away with. I'm grateful such a thing is unheard of where I am and the postal workers are so nice, my mom gives them fruits and drinks for the road. :lol

Oh yeah, no I remember. Sorry, I got confused with the 10" maquettes. Those 1/6 maquettes are too damn rare for mere mortals, wasn't there a TNBA Batmobile as well?

Yeah, I've never heard of people having issues with delivery guys tossing packages around, but they will leave them on the porch in plain sight. I've definitely heard of people running around grabbing packages off of the porch--especially around the holidays--so I don't have anything shipped to my house if I can help it.

Yeah, they also made the Batmobile. You'd be surprised at how affordable the maquettes are now. They retailed for $150 almost 20 years ago :horror and can be found for maybe $50-100 more than that now. I had them all when they came out and ended up selling them about a year later for a ton of cash. I think I sold Batman and Superman for $400-500 each and Batman Beyond went for $1600.
