Someone mentioned they asked SSC about Hulk and it seemed like it wasn't happening any time soon. My guess is SDCC will be the first time we get to see this bad boy.

After seeing The Avengers today I want this Hulk maquette even more now.

Movie Thor and Cap didn't even make their DVD releases. Both characters were in another movie by the time their PFs came out. Rinzler, Dren, and those Afraid of the Dark creatures were all solicited well after the life of those movies.

I wasn't around for older products like 300, PoP, Clash of the Titans, Spidey 3, X3 and Ghost Rider but it seems the norm is the movie is at least out of theaters before the PO goes up. SS doesn't seem to go for the current popularity of a movie.

They tried that with Van Helsing. They can't afford to support an untested movie license and then have the movie flop after putting in a ton of advanced work on collectibles before the release.
