Well I'm glad they're getting it out of the way sooner rather than later. How they handle his character will quickly determine whether I allow this show to be canon or not. Hopefully they don't blow it.
Short and sweet. Two qualities that kept the mythos of Fett alive all these years. Gotta go 'no' with his own show.
Having T. Morrison back is a pleasant surprise to me.

I'm glad the show is not about Fett. Way too much pressure and too many fan expectations for a show built around him. I am glad they are addressing him and I hope that it lives up to the hardcore fan's expectations. I like the look of Fett and thought he was cool but was never a super fan. I didn't like the voice change in Empire as I liked his original voice. Temura is great though and I liked his Jango Fett and all of the clones were fine too. I wouldn't be surprised if they address Rex at some point on this or another show.

Rex kills Fett??? We've already seen him take out his own clones in Ahsoka's defense before....

Rex is like 80 by the time this show takes place. Unless he stopped his rapid aging, old man Rex killing Fett would probably ruin Fett.

Maybe Fett takes out Rex, Djarin kills Fett. Though I'd be fine if Djarin simply thwarted him in a definite way and Fett is the one major OT villain whose death is never chronicled.

Could be a Suicide Squad/Expendables kinda thing if Moff grabs Baby. Michael Biehn is a bounty hunter too. Grab ur frenemies and take on the Darksaber. Hot Toys will be beside themselves with joy at all the quick releases they can do.
If Biehn takes on Fett then that'll just be one more absolutely iconic film villain that he will have faced. 
It was inevitable Fett would show up. I’m honestly surprised his name was never mentioned in the first season. When my mom saw the first Mando trailer, she asked if that was Boba Fett. I’m willing to bet a large number of the general public had a similar thought at first. I figured they’d immediately address that in the first episode. “I’m not Boba Fett!” or something like that when someone calls at him in a cantina. I imagine he’d have gotten that a lot with Boba’s supposed legendary reputation. Joe blow cantina patron could easily assume a bounty hunter in Mandalorian armor was Fett.
If this ends up being true, just undoing his RotJ death canonically is the biggest win for his appearance. I’d love to see them being back all 6 original ESB bounty hunters - especially if there is a teaming up type mission this year. I’d love to see a live action Cad Bane too. His death never materialized into a canon episode so he could still be kicking around if Shriv’s aging seems to be typical of Duros.

Well tho it probably sends "true SW fans mad" - if u are not a HUGE fan of some things it's not a big deal.
I get it after doing some reading. Kinda/Not really. Just don't wanna see the show dragged down with re-hash - to me the
new characters are a breath of fresh air. Rather have the focus on them.
(Tho ST characters could've been great but etc etc...)
I'd buy Sebastian Stan as Luke, tho, eventually if Luke shows up. That WOULD be a surprise.
Tho maybe it's just Disney feelin' the audience up more to see what they might come up with re new content.
Now guess there will be the obligatory fight scene.
Yes releasing this now is fair play. It keeps the subscribers, drives talk and speculation (which is exactly what we're all doing) and gives the toy makers time.
Maybe they'll make Fett a grumpy old hermit.....

Yes Cade Bane would be a very cool addition to the collection with that big hat. Would look pretty cool on the shelf.
Shriv reminds me, I need to get back into Battlefront. This video is spectacular running around the Yavin rebel base for any OT classic fan.

Yes, he's absolutely iconic.
Hopefully he's donning some new threads after his supposed demise (I know HT would be THRILLED!) or at the very least washed his outfit, otherwise Biehn's character may just dismiss him for looking like a scruffy little nerf herder.
