I had my longest killstreak of 16 yesterday which I was really pleased with.

Really enjoying this game.

Funny thing is I just went 16-0 on Afgan a few minutes ago. It netted me the Highlander tag for getting the perfection. I would have went for more kills but the score limit reached before I could. I'm not the best COD player so it was a real accomplishment and a great match for me.

Awesome! 16-0 is impressive. That would be a good accomplishment on CoD for me too, I only meant I kiiled 16 guys before I was killed. Still had a lot of deaths in that match.

All good fun though.

I think I went 16-0 as well once, as well as getting the Highlander title I did the challenge for staying alive for 5 minutes, that netted me another title too. Can't remember which one. It was great! did it on Sub Base.

My streak is 12, but I did have a really great match a few nights ago. Through a bizarre streak of luck with care packages and some crafty shooting, I went 41-7 on Team Deathmatch (Ground War) in Wasteland. My packages yielded a Harrier, Attack Chopper, and a Predator Missile (which gave me a game-winning double kill and the corresponding Challenge award). Plus, I got a Precision Airstrike for a 6-kill streak.

Glad I had my cell phone handy to grab a picture. Plus, I was playing with my friend, so there's a witness too. He kept telling me I was going phenomenally well, but I refused to check the stats until the end.

Imagine my surprise...

Yeah 16 kills may not seem like much as I usually do that or more on a match but I usually die quite a bit as well. The fact that I didn't die at all made it feel pretty good. It was the ol classic double kill with the predator missile then I instantly pulled the harrier and got like four off of that and then whipped out the chopper gunner while the harrier was still up. It was fun.

Sadly, I've been having an overall bad streak for the last week or two. That match was a true fluke. My K/D is 0.90 right now, so I guess I'd be classified as a "mediocre" player at best. Oh well, I suppose.

kills from care packages dont count towards your killstreak. for example if u get 4 kills and call in a care package...it gives u a chopper gunner and u get 10 kills with that youre kill streak is not 14, its still 4.

if you have a chooper gunner on your killstreak...i.e u get 11 kills and are rewarded with a chooper gunner...u get 10 kills with it, your killsreak is now 21.

there is skill to being a sniper tho. its completely different to crouching behind a wall with an assault rifle shooting people as the come round the corner.

Re-read my whole post instead of just that one snippet. I didn't say the 41-7 had anything to do with a killstreak. My highest killstreak is 12 according to my stats in the Barracks. I'm saying that match was 41 total kills because I got several air supports with my Care Package perk and I launched them on the center of the map where the enemy was concentrated.

Plus, what you're referring to is that the kills you get from care packages don't count toward giving you additional rewards.

Example: You've selected Nuke as one of your three rewards. You get 4 kills and summon a care package. It gives you a Chopper Gunner, and you get another 21 kills with it before dying. Those 21 kills wouldn't count toward the Nuke. You don't get that reward even though you've reached 25 kills w/o dying.

However, your stats on the leaderboards will say 25 kills (if your previous record was lower).

That's why mine is 12 on the leaderboards. I got Chopper Gunner in a care package and racked up half a dozen kills with it and then got a few more on the ground before biting it.

Camping =/= Sniping. Besides, I don't see how camping is profitable is in this game, between the killcam and the respawn system.

I love when I run into a compulsive camper. They kill me once, then I go back and kill them, then get a bunch of free kills as they try to get back to their little camping spot.

My ????ing point exactly!!! most of the players play regular! you guys get killcams!! you know were the ????er is!!!!!! you can even press start while the killcam is on and see the ????er and his entire team in the radar!!!!!

And i have never seen some ????er just "camping" kick ass! The people i see kick ass are playing great. not running and gunning but know were the opponents are at. really it just gets so old when people call others campers just cause they got owned.

Some tool complained to me cause I took him out while I was camping to take out a friend of mine that was on the other team. He said I had no skill. I told him I had enough skill to take him out

The other one that gets me is when the get pissed and start saying " WOW you can spray!!" ooooook. Spraying is that the best you can come up with. its shooting. do you want them not to spray and get killed

But i seem to get the best insults when i Clutch a SnD Hardcore match. especially when its the last 2 or 3 rounds to win the game i just start laughing. cause they all got owned by one person... ME
