how much more can go wrong with sim and the way this is being handled? recent wait lists converting and receiving mint sims while older wait lists are still waiting. shouldn't ss be getting the people with damaged sims their replacement first before wait lists convert?

a friend of a friend sent his pics 10 days ago and is royally pissed that he hasn't heard back from customer service. several guys here are complaining of the same. ss sure is dropping the ball on sim, fo show.

Well that makes me even more pissed that waitlists are being converted, and arriving in mint condition, while "original" orders are delayed 2-3 months.

I'm happy for those that are getting converted, but not that I'm being put to the back of the list.

I personally would like a discount off the purchase price of this piece for this whole mess. I know Sideshow is trying to remedy the situation as best as they can but at the same time it's been a huge inconvenience to their customers.

imo, if they wanted to make it up to those that got damaged ones, why not send those replacements out first?

dude where have you been? They have had this MINIMUM 10 days thing for over a year now! Every time I have a problem, which is 6 out of 10 orders, it takes them well over 10 days just to email me back. lame.

Wow, I must say you are extremely lucky. I have had the same return ratio as Nash unfortunately.

I know I was online ordering it when it went on sale and was having problems placing the order. My waitlist was just a couple of minutes after it sold out. The waitlist converted on 1/24 and I was charged and received a shipping notice the next day, but it sat in the warehouse for a week and a half, so I'm guessing it converted before the major problems started showing up then they repacked it. My Darkness came all messed up and it took about 2 weeks to get the return ticket for it and about a total of a month and a half to get replaced as well. I know it sucks, but I'm sure they will make all of these right.

Yeah I have had my fair share of problems lately too. I am actually thinking of quiting statues entirely and going to 1/6 figures and game worn jerseys.

They seem to hold up more and take up less room.

I got my Wait List converted last night...and my Wait List date was 1-11-08.

I know a lot of other people who have earlier Wait List times that haven't been converted yet...not sure how mine got converted so quick and they didn't...but I was due for some of the good Karma I've been spreading so I'm happy.:chew

I think this guys pulling our chain...They have a thread @ SF for what time you were put on the SIM waitlist then as they convert they mark them off & they seem to be going in order from the top or the earliest time you ordered.Why would they SS start converting from the bottom of the list?
