they need to tell us something, too much time has passed.
and the 10 days behind problem with returns is inexcuseable. i'm sorry, I am a patient person but when I sit back and think about it there should not be a 10 day turnaround on answering a request. if there is then that tells me that department is grossly understaffed and that is a need the company needs to fill.
sorry for the tangent. the car guy is dicking around with me on the delivery date for the SUV i'm buying so i'm tired of excuses at this point.
I got my RMA a day after calling and sending Inthia pics. It certainly seems that's the faster route.
