they need to tell us something, too much time has passed.

and the 10 days behind problem with returns is inexcuseable. i'm sorry, I am a patient person but when I sit back and think about it there should not be a 10 day turnaround on answering a request. if there is then that tells me that department is grossly understaffed and that is a need the company needs to fill.

sorry for the tangent. the car guy is dicking around with me on the delivery date for the SUV i'm buying so i'm tired of excuses at this point.

I got my RMA a day after calling and sending Inthia pics. It certainly seems that's the faster route.

i bet you were one of the first, before they realized the problem was go great. i don't think anyone will be receiving their replacement for a while. :monkey4

Not even close. I'm on the East coast and was one of the last to get it.
 
Just received my invoice for both Cat and IM......and just had my Thing EX waitlist converted too!

All good things......so please Sideshow, a bit of foam is all we need for the IM woes to fade away like a Tony Stark hangover.

I contacted customer service about part of my Sentinel 2 dio that was damaged, and was helped tremendously by one of their awesome people (Cindy I love you :cool:) despite being over the required period.

I think they will come through for everyone, it just seems that they'll, hopefully, reign in a tighter leash on their QC.
 
Just got my RMA and was told all the replacements they had in stock have already been reserved for RMA's that were emailed to people last week so 60-90 for my replacement which I will gladly wait if it means a minty fresh one not all banged up.
 
I still have not received my e-mail confirming replacement. I should get it soon I guess. I don't really mind waiting. I have my damaged one on display and you can't really see the damage from far away so, for now it's OK. But I still want my mint SIM.

I wonder how many people not on this forum got one that was F'ed up....the numbers have to be huge...even out side our counter...its been almost 1.5 weeks since pics and no RMA yet....

Have to wait awhile but hope the new one is okay.

make that first wave. a couple of posts down, SKARY is telling the awful news of a 60-90 day wait. you just made the cut. hopefully your replacement has no damage. good luck.

I know a lot of other people who have earlier Wait List times that haven't been converted yet...not sure how mine got converted so quick and they didn't...but I was due for some of the good Karma I've been spreading so I'm happy.:chew
 
I was a waitlist conversion...looks like they are packing it in a wrap now and mine arrived MINTY fresh. I feel guilty though...I bought it to flip and it is so nice I am going to hang on to it! :D Here's some pics:

Well that makes me even more pissed that waitlists are being converted, and arriving in mint condition, while "original" orders are delayed 2-3 months.

I'm happy for those that are getting converted, but not that I'm being put to the back of the list.

Well that's a pile of bull.

I don't mean to be rude and I am happy for your waitlist conversion but people that got on the list the day it sold out are still waiting for their orders to convert. Why was yours converted? :confused:

dude where have you been? They have had this MINIMUM 10 days thing for over a year now! Every time I have a problem, which is 6 out of 10 orders, it takes them well over 10 days just to email me back. lame.
