My dad, uncle and I were so excited when we saw the previews. My uncle said, "He looks exactly the same!!"....then it all went to hell.

Crows, I like you, but someone has to be honest and tell you the truth. You have terrible taste.
The different Grelims were fun in Gremlins 2, but I felt the original seemed more darker. There was death.

Then it really turns to gigantic crap.
I read Russell wanted complete control.. but they wouldn’t allow it ..was this true?

Snake surfing almost killed my childhood. I survived and it made me stronger. Nothing can kill it now.
Not quite as good as the originals/previous films doesn't have to = 'sucked'
P2, Die Hard 2, Gremlins 2 (I actually prefer this to the original myself), Back to the Future II and Alien 3 do not suck.
Back to this trailer, it did nothing to excite me at all, which saddens me deeply. Just can't match the classics no matter how hard they try.

The things that I hated about Alien 3 was they pretty much were helpless in trying to stop the Alien. All they could do is run for their lives with the alien chasing them in the tunnels
And of course killing Hicks and Newt and Ripley being impregnated eventually leading to her sacrifice. I was thinking when I saw this originally..WTH why did they do this . I guess I thought Scott felt that Ripley shouldn’t have survived the first film, let alone the sequel. Maybe it was meant to be that nobody should survive

Not crazy about the trailer either, but I’ll reserve judgment for now, as I feel like the trailer showed almost nothing.
His dad took it off a Predator who's escape pod landed in Cuda (not the ship from the trailer).How would he be able to get access to the Predator’s equipment so easily
He mailed it to his post-office box, then got captured and put into mental asylum.
Because he didn't pay for the storage in time it was delivered to his home, where the kid is.
DH3 is just reporposed LW sequel.
It if wasn't directed by McTiernan it'd have been just as worthless and completely forgetable.
Heck, it still is. I don't remember a single line or even soundtrack.

They were the typical disappointing/ did not live up to the first, sequels. In fact, most if not all of those films I mentioned are mostly forgotten. Only the first one really stood the test of time and matters. I forgot about BTTF3, which is worse than BTTF2. Most if not all of those films made less money, and the reviews got worse, not to mention, they're just not as memorable as the originals. I like most of those sequels, but I know the main reason I like them is because of the first film, and what was established in the original movie. Even the director of Alien 3 said it sucked.
I'll say this, the beginning of BTTF2, the 2015 sequence is memorable, but the rest took a nosedive after they leave 2015.

DH2 is just as forgettable. Even the way Willis was dressed in that film was disappointing.

P2 was enjoyable. Clearly the best of any sequel or movie with a Predator in it. P1 the best by a large margin.
DH2 is trumped by DH3. So does DH4 IMHO.
G2 was enjoyable.
BTTF 2 is trumped by BTTF 3.
