Question for The Josh. Do you smoke or drink?

I drink once in a while not very often though. Never smoked. Nasty as habit thats not good for the smoker or anyone around them.

Agreed, especially the last part. I don't think I have ever heard someone who is so not against people having guns, being so much in favor of people losing their guns. Stop beating around the bush The Josh. Be proud of your stance. You're against gun ownership, simple as that.

Simple fact is I'm not against gun ownership. Just people owning miltary grade weapons, extended clips, cop killers, etc. You want to use those join the military or stay in it.

As far as guns laws go I'm amazed that the NRA is opposed to mental background checks for those who want to buy a gun. Here in VA they are trying to pass a law, funded by the NRA, that even though you are declared insane you are still able to purchase a weapon. Another law they are trying to pass is that preschoolers should be able to bring holstered weapons into school. Gotta love Virginia.

Scares the hell out of me. Here in VA it's illegal to drink and drive....but it's legal to operate a handgun if you are wasted. Actually you are allowed to brandish a gun, in a bar, if you are totally drunk...cops aren't allowed to arrest you.

I think people not raised around weapons (probably Josh) have this kind of reaction. Honestly I can't blame them 100%. Firearms are not toys and are very scary to people that aren't trained to use them properly.

Josh I have literally played thousands of hours of Xbox with you, been through the worst of the worst (personal life wise), and pretty much hit rock bottom at one point. All the while guess what? I have various assault riffles and pistols in my collection.

At not one point in time did I think about using my weapons to do someone harm. That is a joke. To say people can't have them because they have no reason to is so dumb it makes me sick.

Why not deny people the righ to buy a 350 HP Mustang then? After all the speed limit is 65 in most places on the highway. I guess you're against that too.

Josh to some collecting weapons is no different and does no more harm then you collecting toys. The difference is you were raised to fear what you don't understand.

§18.2-308 (J.3.): No person who carries a concealed handgun onto the premises of any restaurant or club as defined in § 4.1-100 for which a license to sell and serve alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption has been granted by the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board under Title 4.1 of the Code of Virginia; may consume an alcoholic beverage while on the premises. A person who carries a concealed handgun onto the premises of such a restaurant or club and consumes alcoholic beverages is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. However, nothing in this subsection shall apply to a federal, state, or local law-enforcement officer.

§18.2-308 (O.): Private property when prohibited by the owner of the property, or where posted as prohibited.

§18.2-283: To a place of worship while a meeting for religious purposes is being held at such place, without good and sufficient reason.

Well, my folks have never had a gun in the house. I have been around them growing up though and have shot a few guns over the years. So I'm not personally scared of the guns per say but the people who own them.

Because we have speeding laws that prevent you from in most places using those 350 HP. So I guess I can be ok with letting you own the gun but not using bullets for it.

Sorry but anyone who thinks collecting guns is the same as toys makes me a bit nervous. I understand guns and what can happen by their use. The thing I fear is the hands they belong too more than anything.

I wished we live in a crime free world ,but we don't.I fear the crazy folks that have guns just as much as you do ,I have had to many friends shot and killed by gang want to be to Crack heads .
Yes I agree it can be way to easy for the wrong people to get weapons.and i was all for the back ground checks and that .Just the amount of paperwork I filled out for the ATF for My federal License was a head ache .But I did it by the Books and the laws in place.
you should never fear someone like me Because I own assault weapons .I did take a oath to protect the American people,even If I don't agree with their views.

I'd ask if it was possible. You could have say universal healthcare that would make sure everyone in this country would have access to health care (affordable, pre-existing conditions, etc.) or you would have to give up assault weapons, extended mags, hollow tip bullets, etc,

I need to sleep. So I will touch on your contradictory statements tomorrow. However, I will say there is nothing in this world that I would give up to have universal healthcare in the states. We have enough free loaders in this country. I'm not willing to give them anything else.
