Run for 3 min at a steady pace then run 2 min at a desired 5k pace... do this for 20 to 30 min once a week.

Also doing sprints up a hill will help you increase your speed.

Way past that stage unfortunately. Maybe I need to take a rest actually, up to around 33 K a week

I need a sustained 15k/h to reach my goal, and it needs to last 20 minutes. Can anyone recommend any strength training gym wise to increase overall leg strength?
 
Tried running 5 K in 20 minutes. 21:14.6 was my time. Anyone have any running tips?

Have you tried the Vanilla ? Is it any better ?

Vanilla, is the worst tasting of any kind of protein shakes, never.... nay I say again "never" go Vanilla. Chocolate is always my fall back.

LOL. Ok, I will stick it out with Choco.

Ummm yeah, now. Have not had wings in some time. :(
