Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

From what it sounds like, Maggie was a popular girl at school and given the town wasn't very big, Hershal was likely the only vet. So process of elimination makes it practical that he would've recognized the man stitching up his leg as Maggie's father, put 2-and-2 together and realized he was at Maggie's pad.

My thoughts exactly. Randall even said he knew her, but she didn't know him. It is good to see another voice of reason in this thread.:lecture

I think he also said he knew Hershel or at least knew who Hershel was and Hershel was there when Randall got his leg impaled.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Someone fixed his leg, so it must be a vet??

Wow, you won't let this go huh? :lol

Randall was blindfolded, but still has his other senses - like smell and hearing. Doesn't take a rocket scientist for him to figure out he is in someone's barn and that someone is fixing his leg. Now there are other farms around, but Herschel's is the only one who is a vet (person fixing his leg) and owns a farm.

What makes you so sure he was blindfolded more than just the trip to and fro? :dunno

At some point, vet or no, Hershall would've had to check his eyes if even just to determine consciousness. This is of course, ignoring the blatant fact that he saw Hershall while stuck on the fence. :lol

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

See how many hoops you have to jump through to get this guy knowing Maggie?? And given that he just had the most traumatic experience in his life, during the zombie apocalypse, he is blindfolded most times, and under guard, and he doesn't seem the phi beta kappa type- it just seems like a stretch.

NOW, I'll let it go.

I didn't need to jump through any. I'm not the one who apparently needs to be spoon fed an A.5 to know how to get from a simple A to B. :lol :nana:

The purpose of them blindfolding the kid was to hide the location of the farm. Not to hide their faces from him.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

lets see from what i have gathered. randall hates woman and is not as nice as he proclaims..
why i say this in the way he broke the female zombies arm. when rick encountered his first zomibe..he ha sympathy for her.
seeing the zombie in the field signals. that there getting closer to running over the farm..

shane is going to turn into a zombie..
he stabbed a zombie in the head and then on the yellow bus.. cut his hand to get the zombies s. so he could try and kill them one by one..

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Great video.

Also, Having grown up in an area similar to where they are. It is very easy to understand how the boy could have known of Hershel and Maggie. Hell, he could probably have even recognized Maggie by voice if he paid enoughattention to her in school.

Forget this. It won't happen. If Shane becomes a walker, it won't be because he cut his hand with the dirty knife. There've been far too many people literally bathed in zombie goop for transmission to occur through blood. As has already been pointed out, they already have it. Hence the clue with the two unbitten walkers. I can only hope that what Jenner whispered to Rick was that this was man's "extinction event" and that, as is the case with evolution, there is no "cure."

BTW, when did this happen? I don't remember it:
