Technically Hugh Jackman could play him into his 60s, wolverine does look like he's in his 60s and beaten to a bloody pulp half the time anyway.

Jackman is still perfect for Wolverine and can be for awhile....except for his damn height but I'm over that already.

Downey Jr. is equally as perfect for Stark.

No need for any casting changes.
