It's just bad parenting without even bringing in the child abuse that is parading around your kid in girls clothes.
Why is a child wearing a hyper-sexualized slogan on a shirt? Why is a child wearing the stockings of a stripper? Why is a child seeing a violence-heavy movie meant for adults?

For years kids have dressed as Dracula, Freddy, Jason, Myers, werewolves and zombies. But they draw the line at a tramp wearing sidekick that was a good guy in her flick!

I don't see anything different in this than guys dressing as Wonder Woman at the con. While watching a SS live cast on Saturday, there was a guy in the shot dressed as WW with a full, long, untrimmed beard. I'm sure he wasn't a transsexual.
Maybe the boy has a sense of humor and just wanted to dress that way for the laughs and attention. Or maybe he just likes Harley.
What I found the most funny was that people were more upset that he was wearing such a "sexy" outfit, not that HE was dressing as a female comic character. I don't see anything sexy about what he was wearing at all.

There's nothing sexy about Harley's outfit in Suicide Squad. It's an odd choice for a male kid to dress like that, though... and let alone, for his father to encourage it. That can't be said enough .
