You aren't tagging the music, are you? Also, are you using a disclaimer? Not that it always works but I have videos saved that I've had for years that haven't been taken down and most have disclaimers.
Well this video got claimed but I never tagged the music. I just used my music I bought from itunes. But for some reason this time around they claimed and block my video. Some of my other videos got claimed but I was able to dispute and win it. This time I couldn't.

There are movies like that too.

I think night of the living dead is free to use.

Yes. There were some early prints made with the title "Night of the Flesh Eaters". The title was changed but the new credits forgot to include the copyright. It was shown before the mistake was caught, and because of the law at the time that meant the film could never be copyrighted. That's why there are so many "Living Dead" spin-offs, remakes, special editions, etc.

depends on how you define "FUN"...

did it get too kinky?

I wish it were something like that. :lol

Long, boring story. I think I posted it before. In a nutshell, someone got mad at me because I don't think it's necessary to "tip" the mailman and reported me for every post I did, no matter what.

Wait, who tips the mailman? As a federal government employee, they can't accept tips.

I live in a densely populated area. Maybe in rural/less densely populated areas it's common to "tip" your mailman? Not with cash, but maybe a gift certificate?

isnt there an operation for that?
what causes it? does it cause bleeding?

There is an operation. It is simple out patient stuff where they tie what is essentially a rubber band around one of the rhoids and it des and falls off. :panic:

It can cause bleeding. Not always. It can be caused by lots of things. Childbirth, lifting heavy stuff, sitting down for long periods of time, coughing and sneezing, or diahrea. I had bad allergies, and the runs, AND I was working in my basement lifting heavy stuff by my self. So yeah.

Yay me. :woo

tip the mailman??

we only see those in porn.

You can tip a mailman as long as it's under $20. The lady who delivers our mail is lucky she doesn't get my foot in her ass. She delivers people's mail to the wrong address all the time, packages arrive dinged up, and like most of the mail carriers around Maryland she's always on the damn phone.

what about a food gift basket

To be clear and more technical, krytonianmutie is right; any federal employee can receive any gift provided it's under $20, therefore, any food gift basket less than $20 would be permissible.

In the interests of expediency, my initial post did not clarify this, nor ask the necessary follow up questions, i.e. how often is this said tipping?

kryptonianmutie, whereabouts in Maryland are you? I'm in the V portion of the DMV myself (Northern Virginia), but work in DC.

Also want to add that I saw info which said cash is unacceptable, but gift cards are as long as they can't be converted to cash.

I'm in Charles County but I've had the same experiences with mail carriers in Howard County.

If you go over, said federal employee is not supposed to accept it. The onus is on the federal employee, NOT the gift giver.

pfff, Mr. Green got some mixed packages from a different address. And besides, they change mailman/mailwomen all the time, like every 3-6 months.

I like my mailman. I've been in the same house for 6 years and don't think I've ever talked to him. Or her. I'm not even sure which it is. As long as I get my mail I don't give a **** what else they do, but I'm not tipping him. Or her.
