Black cherries. They're hard, ripped, and cheaper now. If only Mr. Green can eat 'em till he's all fattened up for the Winter.

Driving home with a partially sunny, cloudy, rainy weather but oh the view of a full rainbow is awesome! Glad Mr. Green got his shade on, otherwise he could've missed it.

Wild raspberries definitely look shinier and taste better than farm raised. They might be smaller but oh so good.

For the black raspberries, you'll pay a lot in the stores, IF you can find them. They're a bit seedier, but wild ones do taste better. Wild blackberries on the other hand are tasteless. I have those around my property and I try to kill them off when I can because they spread everywhere!

Blackberries are sweet! I always thought raspberries were pretty bland.

Home grown are, but not wild. Black raspberries taste different from red ones too. A lot of people have never even had them because you can't walk into any store and buy black raspberries. I love all home or farm grown berries but in the wild I only like black raspberries. I used to make a ton of pies years ago. Now we don't have any of them around. :(

Here's the difference in the wild ones. Black Raspberry on the left vs Blackberry on the right. Blackberries have a core and Black Raspberries are seedier.

A good raspberry should be tart. Extra delicious with a sweet accompaniment, such as a good vanilla ice-cream.

Along with white chocolate chunks, they are also yummy in a muffin.

So it seem farm raised blackberries taste good but wild ones are just about tasteless. Wonder how much selective breeding vs genetic modification are going on.
