I can agree with that. I think what hurt that most for me was the stupid comicbook paneling and not enough Hulk.

This movie is one of the worst movies I've seen in theaters. I hated the comicbook paneling and little hulk. Its one of the few times I almost left the theater.

Little Hulk? :lol

Fair enough if you didn't like it.

It's one of my fave Marvel films actually.

..& yeah - Sam Elliot WAS Ross.

Wasn't Hulk the size of a very tall tree at one point. :lol

He was ****ing HUGE. :lol

His size depended on his anger though; as in the scene where Talbot pays Bana a visit at the house. He grew.. then grew some more. :lol

I understand why some people don't like the film, we can't all be the same.

Me too.got it on Blu recently.

Sam was perfect casting as Ross. Connelly was great as Betty and i like Bana too, he seemed more like a scientist than Norton or Ruffalo. Imo.
Funnily enough.. I don't like Bana in it. :lol

He's got a big history here in AUS as a comedian (something that's lost on the overseas audience), & back in 2003 he was the last guy I would've picked. I absolutely adore Jennifer Connelly - always have. :)

That said - he's a very talented actor. If you wanna watch a GREAT Bana film - get CHOPPER.

I like some things about the film. Casting was very good IMO, and Hulk is a story that should explore issues of angst, frustration, and general discomfort and pain (which I think Lee presented very well). I know people love the angry id Hulk with his little comedy bits from Avengers, but really, the Hulk story has primarily been one of pain and a psychological/emotional struggle by Banner to best manage the Hulk. But it did go a little far for my tastes, losing sight of the fact that it was a comic film, and had some weird scenes like the mutant dog fight. Possibly the weirdest end fight scene I've ever seen in a movie.

Josh was referring to screen time, guys. :wink1:

In that film, Hulk fights the military (obviously), mutant dogs, and his father--the Absorbing Man--as a giant energy cloud. Just not the direction I personally would have gone with it.
