We just call it snuff or dip in the U.S. It's most commonly (and stereotypically) used by rednecks. Being from Arkansas, I have seen my share of rednecks have rotten or missing teeth from putting dip in their bottom lip.
The only way in which the figure looks acceptable, was at low ISO " It is not a figure that I would recommend
Maybe you're joking, but if you're not... No offence, but don't blame the figure for lack-lustre photos. None of the recent photos you've posted have appropriate white balance - maybe you're using auto WB? Maybe you're shooting under one type of light with WB setting for another. None of what's wrong with your photos (including the ones posted to other threads) have anything to do with ISO.
It took me all but a few seconds to shoot this one.
is the ice sword on this figure about 9 inches?
Ugh. I saw that Ed Gein chair too. That's officially the second most disgusting image I've seen today. But nowhere near the first one, which was a 1/6 chair upholstered in human skin and faces.
and completely off topic but threezero shared a Hannibal nbc tv show image.. so hope this means they have license. got a thread goin in horror section.

So being new to GOT and ThreeZero is this figure worth a try? Price is good..want to get my feet wet on this stuff..
I gotta ****** photo for you right here

I'm far from an expert, but I am pretty sure snuff is not quite the same stuff. It's based on tobacco and it is moist and you put it in your mouth but still not the same stuff.
That's the obvious choice for display, but most of the collectors can't have it like that since the ****ing sword isn't available to us. Kinda stupid if you ask me.
