One time jump is fine for story purposes, but if they did multiple and bounced around, that would probably turn me off from the show. Like Wor-Gar said, when it comes to storytelling, I prefer something linear in pretty much any medium.

Wonder if there's any update on whether 3Z will try for a license for the new series.

One of my favorite elements of House of the Dragon is that the king is a fan of scaled collectibles. He's one of us!

I’m really hoping there’s figures coming from this show. It’s rekindled my love for this world and there’s a handful of characters I’d love to have in my collection. Daemon, Rhaenyra, Alicent, Ser Harrold and Ser Criston for starters. Incredible acting performances for all of them so far.

I'd definitely be interested in Aemond, Daemon and Rhaenyra, but also Viserys.

I'm hoping we'll hear or see something soon. I feel like it's kinda up in the air if ThreeZero still has the license. I believe Queen/InArt had a Daenerys in their list of upcoming figures, so it seems like they have the license as well. I think with ThreeZero we'll have a better chance to see more figures from the license.

I'm betting House of the Dragon will be a totally separate license from Game of Thrones. So there would probably need to be a whole new set of negotiations and contracts. Plus, HBO has gone through an ownership change since GOT first dropped. Two, actually. So that might factor into things.
