Hot Toys Raimi is going to absolutely blow this one out of the water in every aspect, except price and posing. Would be very hard to resist it but I have to go with HT TASM Spider-man. Very exciting times ahead for Spidey fans.

Well, again, that's what I would hope. But the things I don't like about this one I can easily see being repeated by Hot Toys themselves.

for a third party..they have it on an exceptionally articulated body with a suit that meshes well with extreme posing IMO . The boots tend to wrinkle , but you can straighten them out easily , but the ankle and feet articulation well make up for it. The suit can easily handle crazy posing . This is what HT needed to give us, but I hope they revise another one because of NWH.. until then for the price and being a third party..this figure was a nice surprise

I ordered this guy on Christmas Day as a present for myself and he finally came in.

The body is not as bad as many make it seem, is it HT quality? No. But it is durable, the tailoring is snug with some elasticity for poses and it even has ratchet joints. Not bad imo.

I think it all depends on how you pose the figure, it could look goofy or very nice depending on how you handle your collection.

I cut the neck material, added a custom neck peg and a Tobey sculpt which I customized and I just LOVE this figure. It’s my childhood in the palm of my hand.

Wonderful sculpt. The whole thing looks great. His expression is far more friendly than the sinister Toby HT gave us with the symbiote suit.
I may be out of luck with my order. 40 days of no movement whatsoever. Really wanted that diorama piece.
