If I am not mistaken, and maybe I am...it seems he was cheating before and after his marriage. If he was cheating before and even during their first year - why get married? Some men like to play the field...if that suits them then fine, but unless his wife knew of his affairs and was ok with it then he should not have married.

Now some people go into marriage for different reasons and are ok if their partner gets nookie on the side...as long as it's discreet. Now that it has blown up in his face, she is no doubt feeling humiliated....question is did she know the type of guy she was marrying and was okay with it as long as it didn't come back to haunt her, or was she completely blind-sided? Either way, if Tiger wanted discreet affairs, he picked the wrong women.
