Lol thank you. His lines are so stupid and the way he talks sounds like he’s not all there.

I found something really bad

We can’t hurt people

Oooooo I gotta parasite

And the way he shrugs as tendrils come out his body like a simpleton

He’s comes off as an *****

Read any of his line in Mike Tysons voice for maximum effect

I cant help seeing Brock as ******** now...honestly I think that how they are gonna play it....maybe not actually mentally handicap, but a simpleton whol is coopted and transformed by the symbiont.....

I’d love to see Brock get a “Limitless” style transformation after getting the symbiote, similar to how Peter was affected by it.

I also want to see Hardy’s Brock disguise the symbiote as clothing eventually. I always thought this look was awesome.

Man I had not idea people hated TDKR...
I saw it when I was pretty much isolated from all commentary and reviews.

I still like it alot.

I never had trouble understanding him, was glad they didn’t go with the stupid wrestler , pumped up on magic juices route.

Bane in the earlier films was laughable.

Sent from the inside of a giant slug in outer space.....

I agree. I wasn't influenced by anything before seeing it, there were no laughs in the theater when I saw it, I could easily understand Bane, loved the accent and felt he made a great villain. The only thing I didn't like was the Batman/Bane fight scene at the end, it didn't feel climactic enough especially compared to the plane hijacking at the beginning. I don't get the hate for TDKR either.

I just really hate that movie...... I understand Nolan wanted to go realistic but he uped the ante in TDKR. In TDK it was a gritty realistic take on the world. Two face, joker and Batman just felt like gritty versions of the characters. In TDKR they felt like watered down versions of the characters. They kept nothing about what made them great.

Bane was just some dude in a mask. Catwoman wasn't even freaking Catwoman. Just some chick in leather who stole stuff. It was just so bland. then you completely **** up Robin, by giving him this stupid identity. Then the whole hiding for 8 yrs, the symbol crap, the retcon of the joker. It was all just a stupid movie. Haven't watched it since 2012.

Sadly if ledger wouldn't have died we might have had an epic masterpiece but instead we got what we got.

What would have been of Ledger had not gone and done something stupid could have been legendary or a total failure.
We shall sadly never know....

Drugs are bad mkay?

Ah yes, I wholeheartedly agree with Iron. TDKR just felt uninspired. LBR, Nolan panicked when Ledger passed away. The Joker was definitely returning for that third film, whether he was coming back as the main villain or not. So Nolan probably had to change everything because of it. Personally, I wish he'd used a villain we'd never seen on the big screen, Clayface.

Back to Venom lol
Yeah I'm not a fan of Hardy's portrayal of Eddie Brock so far. Venom might be worth it. Hopefully that "Turd in the wind" line was only meant for the trailers lol

I feel TDK films are grounded into their own 'realism' that it'd be difficult to imagine any super-powered characters being introduced. For instance I could not think say, Killer Croc or Mr. Freeze show up or even be developed in Nolan's films.

Yeah, that's true. Would still love to see him happen someday. With a good Batman, geez. Lol

And that’s why the trilogy floundered, once the actor playing one the few human villain Batman has died, Nolan was stuck with a bag of nothing. If he would’ve hinted at the Riddler or whatever, it could’ve been spun off to that at least

If only Snikt/Oscorp were still here with us. Though I still faintly sense his presence on here somehow, as if he passed his spirit onto a new account made not so long ago...
