I don't have a lot of faith in Sony - not as much as I used to. But they at least got Tom Hardy.

I like the idea of Carnage as his foe. It's really the only logical choice I can think of, TBH, shy of Spider-Man.

Are you serious??? McConaughey would make a TERRIBLE Kasady!!!! I hate when big named actors get cast, I'd rather an unknown. But doesn't matter, this movie will totally suck. The only thing I'd look forward to coming from this would be a HT Venom. But again, Sony's character design isn't exactly the best, so I can't even imagine how they're gonna visually butcher Venom. Anyone who put's their faith in Sony at this point is as crazy as Kasady (Carnage)....

Yea I'm sure a rushed venom movie made by the same people who destroyed the asm franchise will be more anticipated then a movie that's been building up for years. Also no Spider-Man. Get real lmao

Yea a hot toys venom movie would be great but Sony is horrible at villain designs. Doc ock and sandman get a pass. The last venom was scrawny af.

Well he has a point. Actors don't join a movie expecting it to be a masterpiece. Many actors hated the the movies they were in. Tom hardy got a hefty sum and seems like a fan of the character . The dude that was in dragon ball evolution was also a huge fan and a good actor ( the piccolo guy) and that movie was garbage

That makes me think that Snikt might be in his late teens or early twenties. i think i Hit a nerve which is really weird because ive said negative things about him before and he never really cared at all. you and him have argued so much and he didnt get mad.
so yes, the fact that this ONE thing got him mad does show a lot

Honestly I don't know. He confuses me often. From calling me a kid for not liking this movie to saying princess lea dying from cocaine was epic.

So what's the point of this movie then? If Spider-Man isn't in this and it's not connnected to anything then I go back to my previous statements. It's going to be nothing more than a soulless cash grab that will have venom in a universe without spidey. It's funny that Amy pascal tried to make people think this movie was connected and fiege had to call her out. It's like she knows this is a bad idea but.... money.
