Actually, I think that guy has one multiple strongest man in the world titles, I am very suprised to see him in MMA.

5x Champion. His biggest problem (at least as far as ever fighting in the U.S.) seems to be he can't make the 265 lbs HW Max.

I have watched Mariusz on World's Strongest Man on ESPN for years. The guy is just a freaking beast; he won 5 titles within 7 years. If someone teaches Mariusz how to fight, he would make Brock Lesnar his little ?????

It would take years of training for that dude to be able to make Lesnar his little ?????. Great wrestling always > great jiu jitsu in a MMA fight.

Just finished 106 and Kosh is my man, I love that he choked out Rumble Johnson, that guy needed to fight someone that is great.

So does Dan Hardy.... and I guess he will get his turn at a great fighter such as George.

I was out of town this weekend and didn't catch the fights until now (thank you torrents), wow what a cut!!!!

Watched them last night, I was sort of routing for Diego to give Penn somewhat of a challenge. I think Florian did better back in August. I thought Diego's cut makes him so less powerful... Penn is right where he should be and he'll probably retain that title for a long time.

As someone else stated that they wanted him to fight GSP and that's just a messed up match up from the get go. Penn is not a good 170 and it would take some time in order to bulk up to even get where GSP is with phenomenal condition and body fat. GSP prolly walks around 185 whenever he's not watching it. I think Penn could do it but not as of right now. Same thing that Mir is doin with the strength and conditioning to chase Lesner is what Penn would have to do in order to catch GSP, only in that end of the spectrum you are chasing the greatest athlete MMA has seen...

I was routing for Guida, love that dude.... KRAZY AND DOESN"T GIVE A ???? about who you are, where you are, where he is... Looks like ROCK 'N ROLL 4 LIFE!!!!

What would that be though, I don't see GSP goin below 170... and if Penn is anywhere around 165-170lbs that it's not a good weight for him either.

He does seem to be on a better track with those new trainers. Interesting if he were to pack on more muscle along with his training...
