Yeah since he started a new training regiment to become more technical and to take his time...He said he no longer was going to just brawl. I thought it was a smart fight for him, but as we know sometimes smart fights dont translate to exciting.

As for Vitor and Anderson...all I can say is wow. Freaking awesome!!!

Yeah as much as I have a man crush on Jones I think he should have fought the winner of quinton vs thiago. What I think happened is now that Rashad is out, Shogun wants to fight and not wait and now they have no one for him to fight. It was funny too cause before they even annouced he would get the title shot, i said theres your new Light Heavy Champ and then they announced. I think he will beat Shogun.

Oh, and did Rich Franklin fight tonight? I didn't see him. I saw a guy in the cage against Griffin that LOOKED like him, but couldn't have been him. That guy was slow, sloppy, slipping all over the place, allowed Forrest to lay on top of him for an ENTIRE round, and fractured his arm as well. I thought Sonnen proved a point to all the fighters out there,push Anderson,it's the only way to get him,yes you risk getting knocked out yourself and IT IS a dumb risk to take against the best fighter on the planet,but sometimes you gotta take the risk,at least you go out trying instead of letting Anderson having his fight with you.
