Iron Man 2.

Sure it couldn't even scratch the first one, but if it's on TV I'll watch it. Hell, I think I even own it on Blu Ray. :lol

I'd also have to say Terminator: Salvation. I actually really liked it.

I liked Gremlins 2 better the original. It was fun and campy.

I also enjoyed The Karate Kid Part 2.

III was the one with the mask right?

I watched that a few months ago, it was frankly... odd.

yes, you may notice my sig and avatar.
:yess:

It was. Carpenter wanted the Halloween sequels to be different stories set on Halloween. You get the Myers chapter, then you get the Season of the Witch chapter, next year you'll get something else, ect.

It would've been the best horror series ever made because of that. There's no end to the possibilities they could've gone with the franchise being a anthology series.

But no. Nope. Shame I found all this out really late in the game. But still. I wish someone would try and do something like that.
Exactly, they had a brilliant plan for continuing the series as an anthology. It bombed without Myers though, so didn't last too long.
It has some of the most original and downright disgusting stuff in it though. Cheesy as hell but very iconic.

Yes. I think that's probably the best Halloween movie. (Movie about the holiday, not the franchise). Halloween is a good film. But it's not entirely about the holiday itself. The holiday is more of the setting. SoTW is about the little tropes we know and love, but turned on itself in a really dark way.

Trick r Treat comes in close second.

:goodpost: :exactly: :clap :lecture :clap

Another movie that usually gets hate is the Mummy 2. But I liked that one a lot.

The Mummy 2 is big dumb action fun, but I enjoy it. I did like the first Mummy a lot too. It probably is a bad movie but I loved it as a Mummy movie, if that makes sense.

the Mummy 2 has some of the worst CGI I have ever seen in a movie, but before the end the movie is pretty entertaining.

The Mummy is one of my favorite films. I enjoy the sequel, it hasnt aged great over time but i remember when it came out i enjoyed it, and it was fun.

I would def say the Mummy Returns is underrated, Mummy 3? Naaaa

Yeah I am a fan of the franchise but I really did not like Mummy 3. Now that was bad...

It delivered the popcorn goods, had some cool action squences, i Like brendan fraser but it didnt have the heart the previous movies had. I hate when they change actors also. plus the son grew up to be a real ****! :gah:

I remember being so hype for Terminator 3, and to be honest i liked it up until the very end, where they just brought you on this giant adventure only to milk you. I was let down only in that aspect. Perhaps Underrated, but i think Salvation is the underrated film, I LOVE Terminator Salvation, its not perfect, has its fault but it has some steller action and strong performances, plus the designs and look of the future i liked, i know people flopped it tho

Completely agree about Terminator Salvation, very underrated film. The designs, acting, story, soundtrack, etc. were all done pretty well imo. I think people were just expecting it to be great, like 1 and 2, which I knew from the beginning what to expect.
