I guess it depends on whether or not they go back and fix the helmet for all the other EP3 clones that use the basic bucket. It's one thing if this figure is too far into production, but something else entirely if we're "stuck" with 7-8 other clone figures with inaccurate helmets because they didn't go back and fix it, going forward (especially since we know they'll be charging at least the same price for future clones).
I thought it did have a Low Quantity status.
Likewise, and I'm REALLY hoping Shatterer can bring this up to the right people at Sideshow to review this to be fixed. I'd like to think they can do the right thing to correct this and use the proper helmet for all releases. I'm kind of a clone addict with the Hasbro 3 3/4" line, and I imagine I'll be buying a crapload of Sideshow's clones, but will definitely be turned off by an inaccurate helmet.
If Sideshow WON'T fix it because it's too much trouble, there's a definite market for recast Medicom blank helmets for those of us who want to fix this ourselves.

...regardless of what you say or do, I can guarantee you that at some point, fixed or not, beit this year or next, the Utapau clone will sell out. Because for every ungrateful, overcritical individual who picks something to death like a hungry vulture at an elephant carcass, there are two who are more than grateful to pick up the piece despite it's flaws. Then you'll while about how you should've picked it up while you could have.
Look people, Sideshow has admitted that there may be some errors. HERE IN THIS VERY FORUM NO LESS! Yet, like idiots, you still pick it to death. The case has been made and Sideshow has heard AND SEEN your point. Enough already...

That's what you nitpicky vultures use as a counter argument when you've got nothing else to say. And I don't think everything they put out is golden (check my post history). I just think the helmet nitpick has gone on FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR too long, and at a measly $90, I'm more than willing to live with the slight variations. Despite what others would have you believe, it's not so glaring as to make the sculpt/paint look like something other than what it is, an Utapau Clone Trooper.
