Story and script wise it was good ideas with bad execution.

Visuals and cinematography wise it was sublime.

people are sick of hearing it, but even to this day, Heath's performance still stands out a great deal. He's the sole reason why TDK is the best out of the 3 for me.

I love it. Dude gives props to TDK which until last week was the golden child of movies for the nolanites, but he says he doesn't like the new golden child only to get "the look".

Now, I don't think TDKR is a joke. Its a solid flick but I agree with the guy that TDK is the best of the series.

That's what I said. He likes the last golden child more than the current one and gets a look. Comes across like if you aren't all on the latest and greatest you get a look. Just seems silly to me.

There's a difference between liking TDK more, and calling TDKR a joke - I.e it's like 6 months from now when some will say The Hobbit was better than any of the Lotr films, and some will say they liked lotr films better

However, if someone calls The Hobbit a 3 hr joke, it would warrant the look don't you think?

(Assuming Peter Jackson hasn't lost his mind and made Hobbit horrendous, of course )

Well, maybe he didn't like and I think calling it a stroke is very strong but he/she may fel that way. Some may very well like The Hobbit better than any of the LOTR films. Some may not. I can see myself falling in the middle and liking it about the same. I'm gonna make a face at my computer screen sure but I'm gonna blow it off for the most part. Someone that feels that way there is no point into talking about it.
