I like this wolverine much better than the mixed media one. I dont need the sword so, I know they are going to make a ton of these, I am just going to wait for it to release and get it in the after marker and get it 20-30% cheaper..:)

Dear SS,

Please make a yellow and blue for savage but and all new sculpt and base.

Thanks,

King

Dear Santa,

CC: SSC, King B

I will accept King B's request. I am not picky... Just give me those metal shoulder pads!

Thank you,

i would prefer an x force version. as far as i know there are no options for 1/4th scale yet of him in his x force suit.

Anyone ever get an answer as to why this depiction is "hairless"?

I seem to recall someone asked on the other board, some time ago. Oddly enough people don't seem bothered by it, while there was a whole hairgate for that other Wolvie from that other company... curious. :rolleyes2

I think people learned from that hairgate incident. People pushed for the hairy arm to be more accurate, but the result on the statue was not that favorable. I think now ...no one wants to push their luck. It's one those "be careful what you wish for" kinda thing.

Honestly, I don't even see how XM's Wolvie has anything to do with it. Look at SSC's Wolvie COM and PF. The hair on those 2 pieces look fantastic. SSC has already shown they can pull off the hair. Not only can they do it, they've proven they can do it well. There's no legitimate excuse for this piece not to have hair on it.

I understand what your saying. And SSC should do it if they can do it correctly.

My response was more about why there isn't much of a backlash for the SSC Wolverine being hairless like with the XM Wolverine. I was good either way with the XM version. I bought him as is.
